We are delighted to announce that this year, we are able to reduce the registration fees.
There are two levels of registration fee for the meeting:
- € 600 for participants >35 years of age
- € 300 for participants ≤35 years of age
The fees include:
- Participation in the scientific sessions of the meeting
- Accommodation for 3 nights, based on shared room at the Evangelische Akademie*
- All meals for the duration of the meeting
- Participation in the networking event on Wednesday evening
Kindly note that payment will only be required if your abstract and application is accepted by the committee.
*Please note that due to the limited number of beds/room, accompanying persons can not be accommodated at the Evangelische Akademie.
Important
The programme starts at 13:50 h on Monday September 9, 2024.
If you wish to arrive on Sunday September 8 you are welcome to book your own accommodation at your own expense.
The Evangelische Akademie is closed on Sundays.
